Quake help please

I have a voodoo 3 , 56k modem, 197 mem 450 processor and when I run my quake
3 arena demo I only get 11-15 frames per second
can you help PLEASE

Dunno about the demo. Some setups won't run the demo properly.

Have you downloaded wickedGL? Increases the speed of 3dfx cards. Could be a
great help!
