The easiest way to find all levels: Multiplayer--->Start network server
There are about three secret levels, which I have found in the game but its
too long ago to remember!
Try the mod Action Quake it's a lot better

Well, I've been to the spacestation one where there's this boss you have to
kill, kinda like the one at Big Gun...but you fight him in a low gravity
room(actually, the entire level is low gravity) where the bottom is just deep
space, so you could just fall out and die...
The other one is a bonus stage where the entire level is filled with
goodies...health, armor, ammo, weapons, items, you name it and its
there...however there's a time limit, and I have never been able to get every
single thing since I don't have the map memorized and a fastest path all
planned out...I remember the way to get to it it by going up a waterfall...as
for how, go figure.
If there's a 3rd one, either I can't remember, I haven't been there yet, or
I've been there but don't even realize its a secret...oh well, have fun anyway

The "third" one is actually the first one, "train" (the Lost Station). It's
probably the most difficult _not_ to find.
