Wow this old bitch at the Post Office total pissed me off. I asked her how much it was to ship
something EMS to Spain and she said, "Well we do it by weight." So I was like what is
the average and she shrugs her shoulders like she hasn't got a fucking clue. So then I
said well it is going to weight the same as this, pointing to a package I had with a CD in
it. So she weighted that and said it will cost $3.85. And I said $3.85 to Spain?
And she is like, "No this is Priority Mail, you don't have any options sir." I that point
I had to grit my teeth to hold back my anger. Finally she tells me it will be $20 to
mail to Spain. What is wrong with people who work at the Post Office? I almost
never have a good experience. Anyway I stocked up on Priority envelopes and
address stickers cause that way I can fill them out at home. Now I am in a shitty
mood when I was feeling great before. *SHAKES FIST*

You should be able to get fee tables off the USPS website.

Yeah and your parcels will likely be safer if sent privately too. I have
worked in state postal depots in the past and they are treat your belongings
terribly. I have even seen people challenging each other how far they can
throw widescreen TVs across the warehouse!

The word is empathise, and I'd have to agree that being behind you in a
line would be a nightmare. You're supposed to KNOW what you want when
you get into a line. Lines are not where you ask questions. Lines are
where you go after you've made a decision.

What you did was sort of like pulling up to a toll booth to ask
where the road goes. You're supposed to find that out first.

Right. Considering they don't have anyplace where you can find things
out and considering they are funded by my tax dollars I can do bloody
well what I want.

Yes shame on me for asking an employee question to help me out, what
was I thinking. Once again you make another good call.

Oh good grief. Master Ethan, the US Post Office is the ONE Government
agency which is not funded by tax dollars. That money you pay for
postage? That's not a tax. That is a service fee. Not one single
tax dollar ever goes to the USPS.

They don't have anyplace to find things out?
http://www.usps.com/

Please note the ".com" extension. The USPS is a BUSINESS, not a
taxpayer supported government agency.

You honestly think that a cashier punching a ten-key all day long
is chock full of answers about anything? I buy video games from
Best Buy, but it'll be a cold day in a very hot place before I
ask a clerk there for the hardcore videogame wisdom.

Can't fault you there. My 'behind you in the queue' thing was about how
insane you get because of a little difficulty. I would have been uneasy
behind you in that line, lol

LOL!!!! Going postal on a postal employee would be ironic. I tried not to show
my anger at the time, but I let my displeasure be known on usenet as soon as I got
home. Just like my idol the Simpsons comic book store guy. ^_-

I believe the employees paychecks come from tax dollars but I will ask
my friend who works there. And I assumed the website ended in gov.
But now I know, and knowing is half the battle!!!!

Well everyone did it to me at Best Buy. Come to the video department
and ask about Computers or Refrigerators. Get mad when they didn't know.

Nope. You posted it here once I think but I don't get binaries :P

We need to progress this thread and I considered executing a tombstone on
you but nah, check out http://www.geocities.com/fwfnewgen/ (a wrestling

I used to do fantasy wrestling from 1ike 1997-1999. My wrestler was Jushin
Thunder Liger and his manager was Nuku Nuku.

Hehe cool. I was thinking of some Hulk Hogan/beastman character but I don't
know if I can be bothered. I prefer the one-off wrestling we do in here
occasionally :)

From the way he talks I pictured a blonde
surfer type :)

We need a pic of Ryna so we can get the

Thats better than fat and scary. I wouldn't mind
surfing but I have a fear of sharks, although bikini
clad girls would lessen the fear with the blood loss
to the brain and the boobies!!!!
