Hyper Beam or Psybeam?

What's a better attack, Hyper Beam or Psybeam? I've been keeping psybeam since
it's a psychic attack and I thought all Pokémon are weak to it, but now I heard
Hyper Beam is better...is it? Should I teach my Hyper Beam TM over Psybeam?

are are the other moves that hyber beam an be taught over? like what other
attacks are there ?
(oh and hyber beam is Far superior to psybeam!)

Keep both! Psybeam is good, but Hyper Beam is better, yet not effective
against ghosts. :)

My Poké analysis (Done by Erich Owens):
You like the Blue version better, except for the cases of Scyther and
Oddish's evolutions. You prefer tough and final-evolution Pokémon, over
their overly-cute previous forms. You also like Hitmon's that have necks
*g*. You prefer Pokémon to have hard-hitting normal attacks
over special attacks (In the case of Kabuto's scratch over Omanyte's Water
gun. Either that or you don't like ancient seashells *g*) You also like
Vaporeon because Flareon is too weak, and because you don't like electric
Pokémon (i.e. Jolteon) and because you never had
Jolteon.

Psychic...a very powerful move...also, just to let you know, hyperbeam has no
effect on ghosts.

I'm deciding what to teach my Porygon. He has Tri Attack, Restore, HyperBeam,
and Conversion right now. Should I teach HyperBeam over Psy?
