I asked the questions some time before, but I didn't get any aanswer...
1. If I breed two pokemon and the male knows an attack that the female can
learn by levelling only, will the baby have the attack? That question was
asked on the ng many times, but the answers argued with each other.
2. Can't Togepi breed at all? In the White Cat's Pokedex it is said that
Togepi has (X,X), and Togetic (4,6). And what about the Babylutions (Pichu,
Cleffa, Magby etc)?
3. Where can I put Flash? It's useless in battle, but It's neccesary to
finish the game (MT SILVER). I just don't want to waste move slots for moves
I won't use anytime... Currently, I have:
Ampharos (Light Screen, Cotton Spore/Rain Dance, Thunder, ThuPunch),
Farfetch'd (Slash, Swords Dance, False Swipe, Fly),
Victreebel (Razor Leaf, Sludge Bomb, Sleep Powder, Slam/Solar Beam/Giag
Drain),
Graveler(EQuake, Explosion, Magnitude/Strength, Rock Throw),
Typhlosion (Flamethrower, Fire Punch/Flame Wheel, Swift, Sunny Day???).
And I will probably have a Golduck (Surf, Light Screen, Psychic/Cut, Dig/Ice
Punch) (currently training a Mareep to breed for LiteScreen).
4. As I said, I have a Graveler. But It's not very good as I can't evolve it
and I'd like to replace it for something with Ground type. I thought of a
Marowak (Bonemerang for Ash's Pika, Thrash), Dugtrio (speed!, Fissure),
Rhydon (Attack, Defence and HP!) and Sandslash (nice Attack).
What would you suggest? Please don't tell me about Quagsire. Its only good
point is the type.
5. I looked for a pokemon with both Mind Reader (or a move making sure the
next attack will hit) and Fissure/Horn Drill/Guillotine. I guess a poke like
that doesn't exist. Am I right? It would be an IDEAL POKEMON!

If both the male and the female have the attack, then yes. If only one
parent has the move, no. The exceptions to this rule are Thunderbolt,
Ice Beam, and Flamethrower in Crystal--since they can be taught via
the Move Tutor, they're treated as TM moves, and can be passed down
even if only the father knows them.

None of those guys can breed. You'll need to evolve them to their
second form, if you want to breed them.

Since you haven't decided on a fourth move for Ampharos, why don't you
give it Flash, then delete it after you've beaten the game? I'm
assuming you want to bring your whole team with you for the fight with
Red...otherwise, you could just stick the move on something
expendable, and keep that Pokemon in your party until you've finished
exploring the cave.

How about Gligar? It's fast for a Ground-type, and it's far sturdier
than Dugtrio. Donphan's also good, it's got high HP, Attack, and
Defense, and its Special Defense is decent. Plus, it learns Earthquake
on its own, which means that you can save your Earthquake TM for
something else, like, say, Typhlosion. Of the four Ground-types you've
listed, I'd probably go with Sandslash--but only if you have access to
a R/B/Y cart, and can teach it Swords Dance.

Obviously, Smeargle can get both moves. So can Poliwrath, if you trade
it to R/B/Y, and teach it Fissure before it learns Mind Reader.

No, the baby wont have the attack unless both parents know it. the exception
to this rule is Ice Beam, Flamethrower and thunderbolt in Crystal, which are
treated as TM moves, and will get passed with only the father knowing it

Togepi can't breed, Togetic can

i usually catch a noctowl to use for both flash and fly. Or you could get a
lanturn for the flash and water HM's.

Donphan is a great pure ground types. he has great stats, and decent special
defense so he survive surf moves at least one round (provided they don't
critical hit) he learns Earthquake naturally as well, so you can save the TM
for something else

poliwrath can learn both moves. trade Poliwirl to R/B/Y to give him the
fissure move, then tade him back to silver/gold Evolve him at level fifty with
the water stone, and he will learn mind reader. he is great in the game, but
most people know that Mind reader will be followed up with Fissure, so they
switch out right after Mind reader is used (to bad he can't learn pursuit!) i
have a shiny Poliwrath that i caught as a poliwag in Blackthorn ^-^
