Appearance: Around 65 years old. Completely bald. Brown eyes.
Somewhat tall. Authoritative appearing, but with a twinkle in his eye.
Personality: A take charge person with a commanding presence. To those
who don’t know him, he can seem overbearing.
Objectives: To keep the University of Rosetta running smoothly, and to
make sure his granddaughter Sarah Jane achieves her dream of becoming a
Pokemon master.
Current Pokémon:
Dr. Eckert and his wife both own several Pokemon, but he only keeps one
with him.
Kingler – the son of the first Pokemon he ever caught, and the
grandfather of the Krabby that Sarah Jane owns.
Allies: His wife Lillian, his granddaughter Sarah Jane, Professor Oak,
Bill, his students and his faculty at the university.
Enemies: Team Rocket, anyone who would hurt Pokemon, the university
president (who’s always cutting budgets and taking big raises for
himself)
Other notes: Dr. Eckert is the Dean of the University of Rosetta. He
lives on the outskirts of Rosetta Town with his wife Lillian. They own
a large piece of property with a comfortable 2 story house and a large
barn where they keep the Pokemon he and his wife raise. Dr. Eckert has
his own Pokemon transfer device (like the one Professor Oak has on the
television show), so he also takes care of Sarah Jane’s extra Pokemon.
