Chapter One - Grimgnaw's Quest?

I'm hoping someone can help.

I've completed all of Chapter one I can think of with the exception of
Grimgnaws quest for the ring.

All the other henchmens quests were dead easy - and the ring is probably in
some chest somewhere I have overlooked. Does anyone know where it is?

I would really like to finish off this last thing before I go to chapter
two, but I don't fancy revisiting all of the chests/containers through all
of Neverwinter to do it.

Can anyone help?

"THe ring that you need to find is in No Man's Land the area that you have
to go through before you get into the Blacklake District. I found the ring
in a house right before you are able to enter the Black Lake Distrtict"

I finished this quest recently so I'm fairly certain, although my memory
could be flaky. In the No-Man's land area before you actually get to
Blacklake, there are a few homes you can enter among the twisty s-curved
streets. Search every chest/desk in all the homes (not that many, maybe 3-4
homes..... shouldn't take long) and you should find a silver ring. I don't
remember it being named any different than a plain normal ring, so just find
all of the items in every house first - and then talk to the monk to see if
he offers the conversation line that will complete the quest.

It's in a house in the No-man's land in the Blacklake section. It's
the last house you can visit before entering the gates into the
Barricades (and thus into Blacklake itself). It's labelled only as a
"silver ring" though it doesn't look like other silver rings and you
can't sell it.
