Here it goes:
<THIS IS NO PYRAMID SCHEME, NOR IS IT CHAIN MAIL>
With this in mind sit back, relax and read.
I have recently come across the frequent postings to newsgroups concerning
a $50,000 return on a measly investment of $5 ($6.60 with the stamps).
Truthfully I was quite skeptical that such an exorbitant amount of money
would be returned on such a tiny startup capital.
I recently sat down and did some figuring on my own on the prospective
outcome.
This is what I found:
(Let me first state that I have some experience in mathematics so if I go
over your head(s) then I apologize. I'm not trying to be condescending,
it's just that in my life experience I have learned to play things by the
numbers.)
OK, if you take the list below and send out the obligatory $5, then you
will be cycled 5 times through the system before you drop off of this
list.
Now in my research I have found that the more you post, the better your
chance of returns(not to mention the bigger your amount of returns). For
example if you post on 1,000 groups(there are currently 17,000+ groups)
you
will get approximately 25 responses. That's a return of 2.5%. Now remember
this is an average, returns can be higher or lower. For the purposes of
this post I will assume 2.5% to be a constant.
To make it easier for me to explain I will set up a formula which
determines the outcome.
Here is that wacky formula:
(#of postings X 2.5%)5
now if you plug the number of postings into this formula you can
approximate your return.
Some people post as little as 200 times(this is the recommended bare
minimum) here is how the picture would look:
(200 X .025)5 = 3125
that's a return of $3120 on a $5 investment. Now this is NO GUARANTEE.
Allow me to whet you appetite a bit though.
Suppose you post to 1000 groups(this is more to the volume of postings
which I suggest) here's how the turnout comes to:
(1000 X.025) 5 = 9765625
Now that's over nine million dollars on a $5 investment.
HELLO???
OK, you won't get $9 million. I won't jerk your chain. You know what, I'll
be devil's advocate and assume that you could make one-thousandth of this.
Even
then you would make over $9,000.
If you don't believe me or don't have access to $5($6.60 with stamps) then
you are free to leave. I can understand.
For those of you who have stayed and are willing to give a little effort,
a
little bit of faith and patience not to mention a insignificant amount of
investment( most of us spend more than this on lunch every day), here is
the plan.
STEP 1.

Invest your $5 by writing your name and address on five separate
pieces of paper along with the words:
"PLEASE ADD ME TO YOUR MAILING LIST."
(In this way, you're not just sending a dollar to someone; you're
paying for a legitimate service.) Fold a $1 bill and mail it along with
the piece of paper by
standard U. S. Mail to the following five addresses:

1- Norm Ackerman
104 Rahway Rd.
Goose Creek, SC USA 29445

2- John Chen
1286 W. Adams Bl. Apt#1
Los Angeles CA USA 90007

3- Eric Chan
1225 H street Apt#22
Davis, CA USA 95616

4- John Woodburn
9510 Stonecrest Ct.
Cincinnati, OH 45249

5- dsg
439 N. Salisbury
W. Lafayette, IN USA 47906

STEP 2.

Now remove the top name from the above list, and move the other names
up.This way, #5 becomes #4 and so on. Put your name in as the fifth one
on the list.

STEP 3.

Post this article (with your name and address in the fifth place as
you have done it step 2) to at least 200 newsgroups. There are at least
17000 newsgroups at any given moment in time.

Try posting to as many newsgroups as you can.Remember
the more groups you post to, the more people will see your article
and send you cash!

STEP 4.

You are now in business for yourself, and should start seeing
returns within 7 to 14 days! Remember, the Internet is new and huge.
The possibilities are endless.

One final statement, please do not put your name on this list without
sending money to those on the list. This is an extreme act of uncoolness.
Besides you will receive not nice letters, via email or snailmail, from
those who you have gypped out of this beautiful concept.

Thank you for your time.
