I think its from that "Banned on TV" video.
I converted it to an animated gif.. But as luck would have it.. I deleted it yesterday.

Yeah... that was wierd. You're right though, I think it was from
"Banned from TV" or something like that... a Fox special. All I could
think while watching that part of the show was "How'd they fake it?"
