Two comments: first, we can now make our own "slightly off" .air files; second, I wouldn't touch it until Sam said it was good enough to tweak his cub.

Dallas had Sam's local police do a "wellness check" shortly after he stopped posting. The response was that he'd had cancer treatment(s) and wasn't feeling up to posting. That was quite a while back. There hasn't been any new activity on his YouTube channel for 18 months. I keep hearing that he's looked in on v2, occasionally, but I can't confirm it.

Thanks for the update, Brian.

Well, if he's still on this God forsaken planet, I wish him all the
best, and if he's not with us anymore, may his soul rest in peace. I
guess that's the best one can wish for the old bastard. (In Oz, "old
bastard" is a term of endearment and a mark of respect for one's
elders. :)
