I just did a reinstall of FSX to see if I could get the frame rates up. I
had SDK before, but it did not re install itself. Is that something I want?
What does it do? Also I now find buildings where there used to be taxi ways.
Is there a way to tell if you have all of the SP's that I should have. I
think I should have SP1 SP2 and SP3

WB, SDK is a developer's kit. Most people who just fly the planes in the
sim, have little need of the SDK. You can always install it should you
decide later.

There is no SP3 for FSX. The SDK ( Software Development Kit) is only
relevant if you plan to program something for FSX.

The SDK has a couple things of possible interest. One is the
traffic toolbox, that lets you look at (and control if desired)
the comings and goings of AI aircraft while FSX is running.

The other is an installer for simconnect that you can use to install
simconnect on a network comuter so you can run simconnect apps there
instead of your FSX computer (typical use is moving map).
