You need to use the 'three fingered salute' (no, not *that* one!):
Ctrl-Shift-F1
That will close the fuel cock and stop your engines, dead, dead, dead!

Or... , for the 737, open the throttle quadrant and throw the kill switches
under the throttle handles if you like to do this "manually"...;-))
