FS9 - gauges clean-up

FS Panel Studio:
It has a Gauge Cleanup option among the Tools drop-down menu, which
sounds like what you're after, mate.

Do you really want to do that? Unless you're extremely hard-up for disk space,
why not just leave them?

Flightsim manager will do that, and it also can look for other double
entries like scenery errors and most of what you need to keep FS9 in top
shape.
Only problem is, the develloper has build in a out of date check, but
stopped develloping some time in 2006, so you have to turn back your system
time to before Dec. 1st 2006, to make it run :o(
On the upside, it can do a lot of good stuff for your sim, like installing
sceneries and A/C's automatically, and tweak your settings for optimal
performance :o)

WOW!!! Been THAT long? And I've just only turned 45 yesterday, how time

Yes you are right it's all the way back to 2005, and that little time warp
program you linked to, is all it needs to run at pressent day, even on Win7
Pro 64bit :o)
Yet one more reason for not going to FSX :o)

And yes, Mxsmanic, that's a very valid point you raised. Still
thinking about that one. It seems I'm still stuck in the past when
one had to watch the disk space like a hawk. Either that or my anal
retentiveness is getting out of hand again. ;-)
