Does anybody knows how to recover an account that has been blocked, mine was
blocked I do not know why I barely use it but for some reason it was block
and when I try to log in it only offer me to send a code to an e-mail that
has not existed for over 10 years

So, you had 10 years to update your profile with a current email
address, and you didn't? Shame on you :)

Isn't there a sort of 'secret question' which you can reply to in order
to retrieve your access, or something? I've not used Hotmail since it
was acquired by MS, so that's the only idea that comes to mind.

You need to be careful when getting notices from ISP providers. If you
actually had the e-mail blocked, then you have a problem. If you got a
notice from what you 'think' was your ISP provider who is telling you
your e-mail is blocked, that's a scam.

What's happened to me is that I had an old e-mail address that I used on
Yahoo many years ago and an address list that went with it. Suddenly,
many years after I quit that e-mail, I began getting spam sent to people
on that list, one of whom was a flight sim friend on this forum who died
about 4 years ago or longer. It seems that Yahoo had their old contacts
database hacked and contents stolen from the Yahoo web site. I sent
them an e-mail advising of such and it quit.

I don't use Hotmail, so I don't know of issues with them.

I never gave hotmail that adress to begin with, and as for the "secret
question" I tried that it ask me to reset the password which I did many
times and still I get kicked back to the web page that says that my account
as been block and that they will send some code to an adress that is no
longer existing

Is there an e-mail adress that we can contact hotmail, because on the pages
that I can get to all I have is to be send to help center which is about has
usefull has having a cup of water when standed in middle of the ocean

The message was not from my ISP, it is when I tried to log into the hotmail
account usint the Windows Live Mail program and it sent me to a hotmail web
page, but I can not find anywhere an e-mail to contact hotmail
