Just goes to affirm what is always told - when a police officer tells you to
do something - whether or not you know why - DO IT - else they view it as
non compliance which can escalate as with this young lady.

Had she kept her mouth shut and sat there - embarrassing as it was, and not
tried to get up - all would have been cool.

Many times police officers will detain a person and put them in cuffs for
control - doesn't mean they are under arrest. Unfortunately many people
react negatively to handcuffs especially if they believe themselves to be
innocent of any wrong doing. Right or wrong - obey the police officers
commands. Fight it out in court afterwards because YOU will lose the street
fight - no matter who is filming it.
