Unexpected stop in Breakthrough

I am playing the first level in Breakthrough - Tunisia. Game unexpectedly
stops and drops back into the option screen. When accessing the console it
says that it is unable to find 0.tga. I have installed and played this game
on two different computers and the same thing happens, albeit at slightly
different points of the same level (Tunisia). Does this mean that there is a
problem with the disc, or is it something else? Any and all help gratefully
received
