ACT Light gun from psxshop.nl -*VERY* slow

Hi there
I ordered an ACT light gun about 2 weeks ago from the dutch company PSXshop -
mainly because it was £27 inc shipping to Scotland compared to ACT wanting
nearly £50!!

My problem is they've charged my Visa but still no gun!

Has anyone used them before ?
Are they reliable?
Should I be worried?

They've ignored 2 or 3 emails now and theres no way of checking order status
onl their site!
