Control Panel Art work!

I have seen many of you folks have a nice control panel artwork,
Not something set,but just something general.
Most all I have seen are in PhotoShop, I have PhotoShop 7.0, but cant
seem to do a damn thing with it, (art and me not good together).

Do any of you know where I can get a photoshop file that I can resize to
fit my panel.

Any file is basically a photoshop file. You can import almost any
file type and convert it to how you see fit. Do yourself a favor and
get a book on Photoshop. I got the Photoshop 4 Dummies book and it
was the best $20 I ever spent. If you only want to put arrow
graphics around the joystick and not a full scale picture,
illustrator would be a better choice for doing that.
www.oscarcontrols also has files to download to help you with this.
The Photoshop Bible is a very detailed and through book, if you
really want to get your hands dirty. I have some random(not mame
related. Not porn either) images that I can send you if you want to
get an idea of what you can do with layers and transparency and stuff
like that. Look for Mame timeline that is a great example of what
can be done with Photoshop.

and have a look through there--this has come up fairly often and some guys
have posted their artwork for others to download--if what you are looking
for is not there, throw up a request and see what you get. Works for me :)
