Default Kali Tracker port

http://kali.net/ and http://kali.net/faq.asp said: "Important: the
default Kali Tracker port has changed. To connect, go to the File menu,
select Settings, and click on the Advanced tab. Enter
'tracker.kali.net:2213' in the space next to 'Kali Tracker:'. Restart
Kali and all should be good!"
