Belhifet Won't Die

I played Icewind Dale a few years ago, but I got an itch to try it again
with TotLM, Auril's Bane, and the G3 Tweak Pack installed. Everything has
worked flawlessly until now. I cannot kill Belhifet. He gets to "Almost
dead" and stays there no matter how much damage I deal to him.

I have restored a retried many times. Oddly enough, a couple of times he
did die, I got a bunch of experience points, and then he came back to life
and started attacking again (with "Almost dead" status).
Has anyone seen this before? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I never tried killing Belifet with g3 installled so I don't know if
that has a glitch
