used by police officers and dispatch. For example, a "415 - Family" refers
to a family disturbance. Section 415 of the California Penal Code is

Well, did you also know that ALL sound effects in GTA are done by that black
guy from Police Academy, the one who can sound like the metal detector at
the air port and then on that taught the parrot to say "dork" (later cut
