Can't beat the Tank on GRAW

I can't beat the tank. I launched about 30 grenades at it and it didn't
die. I kept going back to the chopper to reload. I don't know how to
tell my team to us Grenade Launchers etc. I heard there was a rocket
launcher, but I don't see it anywhere. Maybe one of my team has it, but
I don't know how to tell him to use it.
Any Ideas?
