ISO Gamma World game via IRC or good old fashion BBS in chat, like a Major system

I'm hoping to find Gamma World game via IRC or good old fashion BBS in
chat, like a Major system. I played in one a decade or two ago an
absolutely LOVED it!!!!!!
You didn't need the rules cuz the GM would send you anything really
required and answer any question as needed.
I had it, but now don't (mother way back then 'put it away' and it's never
been seen again. He trusted us to roll our own dice on chars, which I
find just so much of it. I love the feel of them dice. It's like..
sublime and nostalgic :) Everybody seemed to do it honorably cuz some
rolls sucked alot!

There are actually several Major BBS's out there, but no users whatsoever
except MUDers, who are never seen outside them.
We'd have the run of any place we wanted, commondear any sub to use as
ours, or any file section. They are all on total autopilot from what I've
seen. Major BBS is THE best chat system, including IRC.
All telnet ones of course.

PLEASE tell me there's some old vet GM out there that'd just love to get
in on this?? I KNOW there's one somewhere. The question is, will he ever
see this?
