Using Google I only found [the start of] one solution . It was from
"silkwodj" in 1998. He/she suggested that the rest was easy but I
couldn't finish it. My solution is given below.

Unless otherwise stated, moves are to next higher card of opposite
colour where such card is available; otherwise move is to a free cell.
Tens are indicated by "T". Where 2 or more cards of same denomination
are available to be moved [or as destination], the suit of the card to
be moved [or moved to] is given after the denomination. Where a card is
moved to the suit building piles, the card moved is followed by "Up".
Where a card is moved to an empty column which has been cleared, the
card moved is followed by "E".

Q[E]6 Td[E]98Q
7c5kd[E]4 K[E]Q65T3 9J KJ

I hope that's correct and that it's sufficiently clear and unambiguous.

PS. I only looked in Google Groups. Now I see there are LOTS of
solutions on the web. But [in a very small voice] mine looks like one
of the shortest.
