Man, Secret of Mana could kick SOE's ASS any fucking day of the week.
Nice combat system, fairly good graphics, awesome soundtrack by Heiroke
Kikuta (I don't like SD3's as much), decent story, and Flammie! Man,
this game is da SHIT!!!

Just about everyone knows that to get Leo you cheat and either use a
game genie or the famous Relm sketch bug. Kappa the Imp is hardly a secret
character if all you do is change someone into an imp, give the person Imp
armour, halberd, etc and rename the character "Kappa".

I also know how to get unlimited Genji Armour, Megalixirs, Magicite,
etc, and so do most people on the NG.

They ARE old, but I guess since you seem to be new here you wouldn't
know that. Don't worry about it though. After a game has been out a few
years, you have to expect that if you know something, there are probably at
least a few others who already knew it too and made it aware to others on the
net. That's the Info age for you.

They're German, but I have heard that the Germans generally say "Nichts,

no matter what it is, I am still amazed at how that statement and "sorry
if I offended anyone" complement each other so well. Do you major in
Writing and Literature?

Never played SoE. I liked the large onscreen characters. The problem with
the combat system is that whole
"have-the-sprite-cast-spells-really-fast-and-kill- the-boss" thing. Oh,
and I just recently beat it, and I thought that the Dark Lich music is
good as well as the Mana Beast music.
