That's the West USSR from the 1990's, Casey. They were trying to use Service A. of the KGB to instigate Legion of USA (A. Anonymous) to force Russia and USA to nuclear war. They caused the war in Yugoslavia as well.
They caused a pothead in Eric Rudolph, used because of his last name for psychological war against NORAD, monikered as "Santa Claus" because they pretend to track Santa Claus for kids on Christmas, to by his choice bomb the Olympics where the "mind control weapons tin foil hat people" would complain about NORAD all day and night as free INSTIGATION against nuclear arsenal of USA AND RUSSIA.
Keep in mind, Casey, the USSR needed Russia to die in order to re-emerge.
