Hello
We all know that Shigeru Miyamoto is the creator of the Zelda and Mario
games, but who is the man behind Final Fantasy? Does anybody know that? Is
it the same one for every FF game, or are there different ones for the
different games?
If you know, I'm especially interested in the name of the creator of FF VII.

Thanks in advance

Hironobu Sakaguchi is the guy in charge of the Final Fantasy series. Actually,
for FF1-3, he was only the Director I believe, but since then he was bumped up
to Producer status. FTR, Producer is the highest rank in a game developing team
and thats why its always displayed last. So yes, he was the creator of FF7.

The producer of all the main series FF games is Hironobu Sakaguchi. You can read

Someone else that I like that has also been in all the FF games is the music
composer,
setting the scene. He is Nobuo Uematsu, and he also did part of the CT
soundtrack.
The best composer alive today.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he's the best composer alive, but
he's certainly up there with the all-time greats. Nubuo could take
on Vangelis any day.

Don't forget James Horner- Braveheart, Legends of the Fall, Glory... and
there's always the guy from Chrono Trigger/Xenogears.

Therte's one you left out- John Williams, who did Jaws, Indiana Jones,
and (his best IMHO) STAR WARS I, IV, V & VI

Yeah, James Horner is a hack (much like Andrew Lloyd Webber).
The best composers alive, IMO, are John Corigliano, John Willims, Nobuo
Uematsu, Yaonori Mitsuda (CT/Xeno), Danny Elfman, and a coupel of the
guys in the Konami Kakuuchi Club (whoever they are). Well, maybe I
should say myself too... :)
