Necro and Hero Bracers

Is it possible for a level 10 Gnome Necro to do the Hero Bracer quest if he
has the shackle? I read there is a milk quest that should be done first,
but the Gnome Necro may not be able to even do that quest.

Steel Warriors faction is a pain to raise. I have heard there is a
quest in Halas (gnoll fang?) that is the least painful way to raise
it, but I have no idea how viable that quest would be for a Gnome
Necro. I suspect that the milk quest you are referring to is the
one in WC that raises Temple of Marr and Hall of Truth factions (NFP
Cleric/Paladin factions), don't think that one raises Steel Warriors
(could be wrong, been a long time). You need faction about half-way
through amiable for the turn-in to work, seems like an awful lot of
trouble to go to for an item that typicly sells for 50 - 200pp these
days.

Not viable in the least. A gnome necro starts KOS in Halas, same way they
start KOS in Kaladim.

I was hoping to find a way to raise Steel Warrior faction also, since I
wanted to do the Qeynos badge quests ... however, the first quest expects
you to walk right into the Steel Warriors Guild.

And after you kill the Clothspinner chick in EK for a few levels ... they
don't like you too much.

There is a guy named Mojax fishing by the lake in west commons.
Go buy a lot of milk, at least 40 bottles, I gave him maybe 70 or so
Give milk to him and you will get faction _extremely_ fast,
Only thing you have to remember is another NPC will run by and insult Mojax
when you give him milk and he will run away so keep hailing him so he stays

PS quest also lowers faction with guards in Freeport so I bought orc picks
that had been sold to vendors around Freeport/commons to give one of to the
guards at the toll booth nearest Freeport, he wants 4 at a time, I had fine
faction before that so it wasn't necessary
Learn to use www.allakhazam.com and you will almost never have to use this
group to get answers on factions and quests, you will find the info there
much faster

If you need some faction before you can start the milk quest (if Mojax
aggros etc) maybe you can kill a lot of orcs first or something. Go check
at allakhazam ...
