Do you need to have the adventurer's stone to do LDON missions or just
to travel via magus'?

Thanks.

you don't need to have it to do the missions but you do need it to travel
by the magus's. It's a fairly easy quest, answering some stupid questions,
may as well get your stone.

I agree it's useful and easy to get. We have a regular group on
Thursday nights and by tomorrow all of us will have LDON so we wanted
to just get started once everyone is logged on. We'd start with a
close one so travel is not an issue, and if not required everyone can
get the stone on their own time...

Thanks.

Just to travel. I had a guildie who kept forgetting to go to his hometown to
start the "quest", and had to run from place to place to join us for LDoNs.

If you have the DoN expansion (and have your Adventurer's Stone), you also
have access to a Magus inside the Guild Lobby (not the Guild Hall, i.e. you
do NOT have to belong to a guild to reach her) who can port you to any of
the LDON camps. Alas, there is no way to get the other Magi to port you
BACK, so you're still left with the return run.

Well, that's certainly nice to know. Thanks!
