I am trying to navigate through Luclin. However, there is no map
available to me for this zone. Is this something I have to aquire, like a
book? Unfortunantly at the momment, I have to wait to be killed so I can
return to my home and exit Luclin. Luckily I am only a level 6 Mag.

Thanks

Andy

Luclin is a large moon. Not a zone.

What zone(s) are you having trouble with?

I am having trouble with Shadeweaver's Thicket. This is where I arrive
when I click on the Shar Vahl stone in the book of knowledge.

Nice hand-drawn maps for most zones are available at www.eqatlas.com.

If you want to use the in-game maps, go to maps.eq-toolbox.com and
download the ZIP file that contains all the maps, then unzip it
into your maps directory. I think the Ykesha expansion is required
to use in-game maps, but I'm not sure.

SWT is basically a big square (like most zones) cut in half by mountains.
The PoK book side has trainers and the entrance to Shar Vahl, the Vah Shir
Home City. Most of the mobs on that side of the mountains are less than
Level 9.

My recomendation is open the map, mark your current location with a label
saying "pok book" so you can find your way out and go exploring... it's half
the fun of EQ. When you find something interesting, mark it on the map.
