Apparently monks are no longer able to wear Rubicite plate according to a new
monk site: http://kadanit.com/eqmonks/.
Silver plate is mentioned, but there is no word on where it can be found. If
anyone has any information on Silver plate and the long standing rumor about
monks being able to wield claws(Griffon or Werewolf?), please respond to this
post or send me a personal email.

I expect the 'claws' they are talking about are the werewolf claw gloves
that Karg Icebear in Everfrost will make you from werewolf claws, and much
platium.
