Okay, here's the situation. I'm running around in Qeynos last night when a
guildie with a newbie wizard finds herself in need of a simple robe.
Nothing elaborate, just plain old raw silk. I can do this ... I have plenty
of silk swatches in the bank. I pop into Fharn's for the pattern then head
to the bank for the swatches and the sewing kit.

Then it hits me ... through what can only be described as utter
boneheadedness, I had inadvertently sold my sewing kit about a week earlier
(please don't ask <g>). No problem, I think ... I've seen one of those
newfangled looms by the Lion's Mane. I'll just give it a shot.

Right click on the loom ... nothing.
Left click on the loom ... nothing.
Walk away ... walk back ... repeat. Nothing.

Run to W Karana ... buy large sewing kit ... make robe.

Any clues as to what I was doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!

You have to left click on the wood frame at the top of the
loom.

Found out totally by accident while fooling around with loom in Rivervale,
you have to click on the *frame* of the loom to get it to open. Clicking on
the threads did nothing, but clicking on the frame (the top cross bar if it
matters) popped it right open.

Must've missed that in the write-up on the loom. Thanks!

Don't feel bad - the looms have only been in the game a short while,
and their use is not immediately obvious.
