By robe, I assume you mean something that goes in the chest slot :-
Raw Silk Tunic - AC 6, WT 0.4 - icon graphic looks just like a robe.
Combine 2 spider silks to make silk swatch.
All silk items except leggings and tunic need pattern and 1 silk swatch -
these need 2 (not stacked!)
I have tailoring skill in mid-20s, and have about a 75% success rate
tailoring silk.

How do you make the cured silk armor? I've been making raw, but I

As I understand it... Cured Silk Armor needs Hearty Kiolas ( a new brewing
recipe). Cured Silk Armor has the same AC as Silk Armor, but weighs 0.1
pounds each and is Monk only. This info is all unconfirmed by me though,
but it is on http://everquest.gamestats.com/ . I'll be testing these out as
well. Oh, they have the unconfirmed Whip recipe as well.
