parchment drops

These do not seem to be fixed. Had a 3 grp raid in PoD killing
stuff that had dropped a few parhments before patch. After 5 hrs of pulling
many mobs , not 1 parchment. Heard the same from other grps / raids hunting
in PoD , PoN & PoJ. Would be nice if Sony decided to finally finish
itemizing PoP. Really getting tired of software (game) companies shipping
unfunished products.

Didn't they say that they fixed the droprate? They didn't say increased,
did they?

Here we go, from the patch message:

- Spell drops were updated in the first two tier Planes of Power zones.

Maybe they felt that too many were dropping before? OTOH, maybe the just
fucked up.

I dont know what they did but it seems to me it was something along the
lines of giving every PoP mob a chance to drop an ethereal that goes up
slightly with the mobs level. At some level, the mob gains a chance to
drop a spectral parchment.

Last night in PoN we got 3 parchments in 3 hours which was way better
than I've ever seen at any camp outside of the basement in PoJ
pre-patch.
