Odd Bazaar Problem...

slots full and green...seems normal. As soon as someone buys something,
about 5 slots go black and the price goes blank. I enter the price again
and add the items, green again, no prob. Someone buys something....bam,
same slots removed from list and price blanked again for whatever item now
fills the slot.
It appears to be certain slots in the trader window, when something is
bought and items scroll up to fill the space, only certain slots drop from
trader. Anyone else had this happen? Any way to fix it?

First guess would be that your bazaar file is corrupted. First open it to
see if anything odd shows up, and if not then try deleting it. Look in the
everquest folder for a file named BZR_yourcharactersname_servername.ini

Did you restore from a CD recently? If so, the INI file for the
trader may be read-only. Removing the read-only atttribute may clear
it up.
I also found a similar problem once when the same item was scattered
throughout the trader satchels (e.g. Drakkel hammer, FG Toes, Drakkel
hammer, invis potion, FG toes). By rearranging the items (e.g.
Drakkel hammer, Drakkel hammer, FG Toes, FG Toes, invis potion) and
deleting the old INI, the problem went away. I had to reprice
everything, so write down your pricing before you delete the INI file.

As far as item arrangement in the sacks, I always try to keep things grouped
together and grouped by type...all weapons together, spells together, etc...
maybe it's just corrupt, I'll try deleting and starting over...thanks

A friend of mine does this too. He goes so far as to "alphabetize" the words
and spells. I just dump my stuff in a bag and walk away. He thinks I'm messy.
I think he's anal.
