Does anyone who sells them and where they are sold?

Milk is sold in the centre of the area where the bank is and also in the
area where the smithy is. Muffins are sold (I am pretty sure, and dam I
can't really remember) in the area where the smithy is. (hmm on reflection I
don't think there are muffins there at all, sorry, I think fishcakes are
about the cheapest)

btw if you want a cheap container, toolboxes are 8 slot, hold anything,
weigh 0.4 and cost just over 1gp. They can be found over on the north west
side at the merchant that sells Tinkering supplies.

The clockwork merchant by the PoD sells milk. Follow the path
to the opposite side of the waterfall and there will be another
clockwork merchant in sort of a rock dome with a window. Get
fishcakes.
