Another where to hunt question

solo and grouped. Im sick of Paludal although it was a great leveler. Don't
like Unrest as I got killed three times in a row. A place with good loot
would be nice as I am low on cash.

take the book to Halas, run to the river ( invis as necro =) , near
IG-fort ) and start hunting Mammuths. They drop tusks that sell for 8-10pp
each and should give you decent exp too. A little hint : killing the large
and giant spiders spawns more of them ....
Another possibility is to try the outer area of Splitpaw ... good exp and
decent loot (fine steel, gems ect.).

I went to EW at 25 next to ulthork tree killing walrus`s and hunters. mobs
still red to me at 27 but good exp loot.
ps take some sow potions with you.

Good advise. Nearly every class has a site with scores of tips about a
dozen or more places to hunt by level if you want to solo. In particular,
the first "sticky" post has a "Hunting" topic with links to various leveling
threads.

The usual Moon route is PC till 24-26 then either:
1. Netherbian (loot is not terrible, most mobs drop 1-2 plat). Often
deserted except for all the foot traffic going to Maru Seru or
Dawnshroud.
2. Maru Seru (loot is bad. Good place for low quality rockhopper
hides if your into making leather padding). My 26th Troll SK is here
right now.
3. Echo caverns - needlite cave. Good loot (needlite parts worth a
few plat)
and easy if you have a Damage Shield. My Bard went from 25th - 30ish
here.
After 29th or 30th, move to Dawnshroud.
My 26th Beastlord went right to Dawnshroud (he can take on yellow and
red mobs).
