"Most NPCs were viewing a druid in wolf-form as a BetaNeutral NPC,
instead of as a wolf. This was fixed a few weeks ago in many of the
cities, and should have been in the patch message.

Not only was it not in a patch message (unless it went up today), it's a
bad nerf. I know that they're fixing something that they left
broken--but after over a year in the game, it's a part of gameplay.
"Fixing" it is not fixing it in this case.

Hey, since they got all the lil doggies out of the cities, think those brown
lumps in the middle of the streets in Freeport will go away eventually? I
say, they can bring back wolf form in the cities when they also include
leash laws. Haveing to keep your druid tied up is a good trade off, no?

Nah, those are *clearly* ogre droppings. Probably happened when the
guards caught up with the ogres.

Don't you know? Druids are tremendously overpowered, it takes nothing, not even
play time to level up a druid. As a matter of fact, I once put a retarded,
blind monkey on an island without a computer and in like 3 days he had a level
50 druid. Any nerf to druids is justified because, um, well, they deserve it.

Thats not a nerf!! your a druid not an enchanter, you cant fix your faction
cause you are a wolf, get over it. If you used it before, then you were
exploiting a bug. They dont have to announce small fixes like that.

I do not agree that this should have been done without warning. Druids who
formerly could turn to wolf form near a guard just got a really rude
awakening.

Yeah, I think it was wrong of Verant to just implement a change like this
without telling players. I'm sure a number of players got killed and lost XP
as a result. I don't think any of us ever thought of it as a bug in the
first place, so arguing that we shouldn't be notified of a bug fix in this
example is a feeble argument.

Okay, so maybe they should have announced it, it sucks to die.

But it still is not a nerf.
