Where can in get the spell "gate"

When you zone into Southern Felwithe, go into the first building, one of the
guys behind the counter sells it and some other general spells like the
shielding spells, and a few others.

A number of classes get this spell, as with many others,
and you should check their sales people as well as your
own. I don't have a specific answer for you, as your
city gives me the willies... but I'm one of those
crazy mages who wants every last spell, and I've
seen this sort of thing quite often in quest of many
of my own spells that are shared with other classes.

I realize this thread is a little old but the gate spell can be gotten at
druid guilds so I assume that it can be gotten at any of the other magic
users guilds that get the spell.

Frequently you will find spells that are common to
several classes can be bought not at your own
guild hall, but one of the others... Gate, I've seen
in both Erud and Qeynos not in the regular
guild hall at all, but from an alternate vendor; Erud's
is standing next to the fountain between the three
guilds, while Qeynos has it in the Herb Jar.

In Felwithe, there are several places where to find spells you don't get at
your own guild:
-first, look at the other's guilds close to yours (Enchanter and so on);
-then, have a look at the vendors just in front of the zone (before leaving
the guilds zone)... one of the merchants behind the door sells stuff for
casters;
-in town, go to the other guilds there (I got invis in the first guild when
you go from the lake to the city).

As with spells like Bind and Invis. Gate you can get at most spell casters
guilds.

The Felwithe wizards guild is frankly crap for spells (espcially post level
12) - try Ak'Anon instead.
