I searched for "quest mods" I found some kind of key mod, but what I
was looking for were more dungeons filled with more monsters.
Anyone recommend a good one?

Visit skyrim.nexusmods.com to see what is available. There are also
sites for Oblivion, Morrowind, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas and Dragon
Age at nexus if those are the games you are playing.
