I am using the game of Monopoly to study problems in
complexity. I have written Java software that plays Monopoly games
between four virtual players at the rate of about 1000 games a minute.

I need help checking to see if the software follows the
official rules of Monopoly properly. To do this Beta testing, you
need only an interest in the game and a standard game set.

This work is designed to be part of a student project and
there are plenty of questions that could be investigated by additional
students.

Please let me hear from you if you love the game of Monopoly,
or ever wonder why The Rich Get Richer.

Thanks,

Tom Riley

Riley,

I run a web site, http://psmonopoly.org, with information and resources
about the game of monopoly. Some of my users may be interested in what
you're producing. In fact, if you're interested, we can link to or host
your code directly on the site. Let me know your thoughts.

Just as a follow up... There are several sites on the web discussing the
mathematics involved in calculating the probabilities involved in the game
of monopoly. I have a few listed on psmonopoly.org on this page:

http://psmonopoly.org/index.php?option=com_weblinks&catid=10&Itemid=4

Some of my users have expressed an interest in developing a tool to evaluate
trade offers, project the winner based on current game state, etc., all
based upon the probabilites in the game. If you're interested in working
with me to develop this functionality, please let me know...

Thanks again!
