this has to do with that infamous roanoke murder and the amateur private eye
who wanted to represent the homicidal maniac,,,,,,if the grand jury had
been called to ANYTHING which HD had done, anything at all, then he would
have
been called as a witness to the grand jury. as it stands, since he has not
received any form of subpoena......much less an interview from the
prosecuting
attorney doing the interviews for the grand jury court case which they
always do
before putting a witness on the stand to avoid surprises...... well lemme
just
reemphasize that there is no way in hell this man is even tangentially
related
to the present case
