How do the commander controls work?
Is there an online resource or instructions I overlooked? I hate to keep
asking you guys all of these questions.

I'll reply to both of your questions in thihs one post. :)
Commander assets:
You must take a seat at a communications radio (as marked on the minimap)
or command vehicle (the AEC "Dorchester" ACV) to access your assets.
The communications radio is marked as a square-ish icon, to me, it looks
like a occupied vehicle. The other radio is used to talk to the commander
(fireteam leaders).
You'll need a spotter to deploy arty (or spot for yourself).
Medical:
If you can reach a wounded comrade, (not mortally wounded, but bleeding
out, ie; still on his feet) you can throw a bandage on the ground where
they can walk over it.
The medic carrys 8 bandages. You can't "revive" like in BF2, as far as I
know. But I've never played that kit so I don't know for sure.
The only manual I've found is a .pdf that is limited in what it tells
you, it mostly covers vehicles but lightly touches on the available kits.
Get it here:

They also have a FH2 forum, a good source for info:

The forum also covers the original FH.

I think a few of us ( [AGB]'ers ) are going to play FH2 tonite, usually
a few more pubbies will join in too, you're also welcome to join if you
want, it's an open server.
Visit us at: www.agbgaming.com the server lists and IP's are on the
right of the page (it can be toggled on/off using the hide/show function
at the top right of the page.
Damn, I missed you guys last night. I will be on tonight and I'll try to see
if your server is active. Thanks for the info and invite Toad. I'll probably
see you online one of these days. :)
