One could:
Download a memory address scanner for w32 (win32) games.
Load yoville, start playing, open browser process in the memory
scanner, ....
1. scan for a value between 1 and 26
2. scan for unchanged value
3. scan for unchanged value
4. throw snoball/waterbaloon
5. scan for increased value a few times
Look at the set of 4 mem addresses in a row that are going up by one,
might look something like this:

6. freeze the value marked by * with the value of 1

8. you can now throw snowballs water balloons or snowballs or chunks
of ice without needing to wait for recharge.
This one takes me less than 7 seconds to do manualy.
