DOOM and Trackman

Yup... Junk your TrackMan and buy a *real* pointing device. I had a
LogiTech PD once, and eventually junked it for two reasons:
(1) LogiTech's clunky hardware, and (2) LogiTech's unspeakably awful
software and drivers.

Incidentally, I'm using a Mouse Systems optical PC Mouse III right now,
and it works just great, except for the felt strips on the bottom which
gum up and get sticky. Peel'em off and it's fine. The pad could do with
being a little bigger, too, but I just bought a second pad and joined
them together. (Very carefully.)
