Does RANDOOM 1.3 work with DOOM 1.2??

I have Randoom v1.3 and DOOM1.2reg.
I've tried RANDOOM on DOOM and it seems to work ok. I just wonder: could
this have screwed up my WADfile?

err.. yes it did. Randoom moved/added things around, which is
fine! but it will NOT replace the correct objects when you'll use the -D
switch. You *must* get your hand on the Randoom 1.55 to work with Doom 1.2.

No, RanDOOM 1.3 will RANDOMIZE the DOOM 1.2 WAD file. What it will not
do is RESTORE it properly. To do that, you need to get RanDOOM 1.55,
available from wuarchive.wustl.edu in directory

/pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS/games/doomstuff/rdoom155.zip
