Barry, if you copy me, can we get a policy reading on this? Something
about it smacks of abusing the facility. Let people sell their wares on
their own FTP resource. If it's uploaded to the public site it should
be for the public's use. Any other policy is just going to generate
unnecessary controversy and user confusion. At the very least, lockware
uploaders should ask the admin's permission first. That's my view.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I've seen. Put a program on
the Internet for thousands of people to get only for them to find
out it's encrypted.
So who will be the first to post the password and reup the new zip file?
