RanDOOM Scenario Ideas

My DEATHMATCH buddies and I have been thinking up some scenarios for the
RanDOOM weight files. It ships with one called Rocket Land, and we came
up with a few others:

* Rocket Land - lots of rockets and launchers all over.

* Ghandi - all weapons, monsters, and ammo weighted at 0.0; a
kinder, gentler DOOM. ;-)

* The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - all weapons and ammo weighted at
0.0 except the chainsaw - plenty of chainsaws. Chainsaw Jousting,
anyone? ;-)

* Pistols at Dawn - no health, powerups, or other weapons; just
lots of bullets and the pistol you start with. Just like a good
old fashioned duel on a misty hilltop.

* Stealth - high weights on inviso, energy cells, high tech
weapons and gadgetry (e.g. computer maps). A few invulnerability
spheres scattered about, as well, but everything else weighted
at 0.0. There's NOTHING like picking up an invulnerability sphere,
an inviso sphere, and a BFG9000 and racking up the frags while your
opponents ineffectually waste their ammo on your invincible hide. ;-)

* Berzerk - berserker boxes (what else? ;-)

* Night of the Living Dead - lots of zombies (former humans and
sergeants).

Anyone else come up with any interesting scenarios?

An excellent idea! Makes you think instead of running around blasting everyone
away easily.

Not a bad idea... have to wait until v1.2 comes out with modem support for this
to be much fun though.

I like using only the shotgun and inviso's.

This fits under the same category Night of the Living Dead but a
little different...I think with a map editor, sound editor etc you could
make Doom a lot like the Evil Dead movies (First two anyway)...Whenever I
play Doom I always think of those movies...:)
