Heretic/Hexen "Use Item" <ENTER> key - any way to change?

and t are used for sending messages. Probably other keys are used
when playing with more than 2 characters. Any way to change this?

Edit HERETIC.CFG or HEXEN.CFG and add the line
UseArtifact=xx
where xx = the scan code of the key you wish to change it to.

I dont think so, but it worked fine for me in heretic when I could hold
another key down with enter to select the item and then release all keys
for a brief moment and hit enter to use the item. Whereas in Hexen even if
your holding a key down, ENTER uses the item...kinda confusing...now
selecting the items is a pain...
