I'd be interested to know the circumstances of this. If you should
stumble across a combination of switches and weights which produces this
phenomenon, please send them along to me.

This is a tougher nut to crack, and is one of the primary goals of the
next version. Basically the problem comes about when you replace a small
object, such as a health vial, which is located next to a wall. If you
substitute a larger item, e.g. a Demon, in place of that blue vial, the
Demon will end up partially stuck in the wall. In the case of the spider
demons and Cyber-demon lords, there are quite a few places where these
guys will get stuck. For the moment, the workaround is to keep the
weights on these guys low, and try different seed values. Look for a
real solution in the next version of RanDOOM.
